

Dr. Anderson is a graduate of The OSU College of Optometry, starting his career as practice owner at Miamisburg Vision Care in 2004. He is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer of Optometric Management Group, a 17 location practice in Ohio.
He is also is a preceptor for Advanced Practice Externship students from Ohio State and Pennsylvania colleges of Optometry. He is the past president of the Ohio Optometric Association, and serves on multiple committees at the State and National level.
Dr. Anderson has consulted, lectured and performed research on the topics of myopia control, contact lenses, electronic health records, billing, coding and practice management. He is also a regular contributor for numerous Optometry journals on a wide variety of Optometry business issues.
Dr. Anderson is a member of the Miamisburg Merchants Association and Miamisburg Lions Club and gardens and farms in his free time. He is the proud father of Leah and Eric, and Leah’s service dog Pritchett, and is married to Staci Anderson, a fellow Optometrist.

Dr. Miller is a partner in a 4-Doctor private practice in Powell, Ohio and he is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice for The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Miller has consulted, lectured and performed research on a wide variety of eye care areas; including contact lenses, myopia control, dry eyes, allergic conjunctivitis, practice management, electronic health records and billing & coding issues.
Dr. Miller has been published in many of eye care national publications; including a regular monthly column on contact lens care in Contact Lens Spectrum and Optometric Management.
Within his community, Dr. Miller is active in the Olentangy Rotary Club and has participated in multiple international eye care mission trips to El Salvador.

Dr. Feltz graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1995 and completed his residency training at the Cleveland VA Medical Center in Ocular Disease and Hospital Based Optometry. He returned to Columbus and started a private optometry practice. After a couple of years of general practice, he founded a mobile healthcare company. Their nursing home services expanded from eye care to add dental, podiatry, and audiology. Dr. Feltz has been working in the long term care space for over 30 years, and now serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for 360 Care.
Andy has a passion for volleyball and has been a youth volleyball coach for over 20 years. He has coached middle school, high school and club volleyball.
Dr. Feltz serves on the board for Mission of Sight, a non-profit foundation that provides benevolent eye care services to the people of Jamaica. He travels to the island yearly to work in the clinic and help with administrative duties.

Dr. Abby Glick graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 2022. During her time in optometry school, she served as student body president and was a member of the curriculum committee. Her dedication and leadership were recognized with multiple honors, including the Albert Schweitzer Award for service, the Pat Cummings Scholarship for Leadership, the Carol Alexander Student of the Year Award, and the Gold Key Leader Award.
In practice, Dr. Glick has a special interest in managing dry eye disease and fitting contact lenses. She also serves as an attending for third and fourth-year optometry students at The Ohio State University, helping to train the next generation of optometrists. In 2025, she was named Dayton’s Best Optometrist. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Keith is the CEO for Optometric Management Group, LLC, a doctor-owned and operated optometric private practice with 17 locations in Ohio.
Prior to serving in this capacity, Keith spent eight years as the Executive Director of the Ohio Optometric Association and fourteen years as the Director of Legal and Legislative Services for the Ohio Dental Association where he represented the interests of health care providers before state and federal governmental bodies.
Keith is a graduate of Ohio University and earned his juris doctorate degree from Capital University Law School.
